“ELISA” stands for the Edinburgh Libraries & Information Services Agency and it acts as a network for all the library and information professionals based in Edinburgh. There are over 130 different libraries and information services in Edinburgh working in all sectors and many having a national or international remit. The aim of this network is to provide opportunities for library and information staff to develop and improve services to users through practical ventures on the ground.
